What is the cost of shipping? On most orders, the shipping is based on the sub-total of the products purchased as follows: up to $75 add $5.50, $76- $149 add $8.00 and over $150 add $10.00. Residential shipments add $1.00 to shipping charge. |

What size flag do I need?
While many people request a standard-sized flag, the size of the flag depends on the height of the flagpole. Rule of thumb: The flag's length should be between 1/3 - 1/4 of the flagpole's height. |

Can I fly two flags on one pole? Yes! The most important thing to remember is the U.S. flag must be the same size or larger than the other flag. The U.S. flag should be flown at the top of the staff. (see Etiquette ) |

What do I need to fly a second flag on my pole? For most flagpoles, all you need are two more snaps (see flag pole components). |

Should I use nylon or polyester U.S. flags ? It depends on what you want in the flag. If you enjoy watching your flag flap with the slightest breeze, then nylon is for you! If you want the traditional cotton look with the most durability, then you will like the polyester. |

How long will an outdoor flag last? Experience has proven that this is an impossible question to answer accurately. Variables include weather conditions, airborne contamination, thoughtful care and hours of use. All of our products are guaranteed for quality construction and materials, but in many ways the durability is out of our control. |

How tall should our new flagpole be? We recommend that the flag be in the line of sight of the average person passing by. Poles of 20, 25, and 30 feet in height are usually adequate. Another consideration is that the height of the pole will dictate what size flag may be needed and therefore the cost to maintain a fresh flag. (See #4 above) |
