"Where can I buy a flag?" my grandfather wondered back in 1963. Well, after some searching, he eventually found a flag company in New York, and after several weeks of written correspondence with the company, he finally received his U.S. flag.

Realizing the potential of this business, he asked his daughter if she'd like to become the first female flag sales representative in Alabama. She agreed wholeheartedly, and Tidmore Flags was born.

I was just a preschooler then, but I grew up, and in 1991, my husband, Ed and I took the reins of Tidmore Flags. We've enjoyed building this business ever since.
